Information for attendees

Our meetings are open to anyone, although for security reasons we request that attendees who are not members of the University of Southampton contact us in advance (either via the contact us page or via IRC). We also ask that all attendees bring some form of identification.

For meetings held in Building 59 (Zepler), our usual meeting location, all members of ECS should be able to gain access to the building at the times of our meetings. For those not in ECS, they should contact the committee beforehand, so we can make further arrangements. For meetings held in Building 32, please meet outside the north entrance at the start time of the meeting so that we can ensure access to the building.

A map of the highfield campus is available. Building 32 is on the east side of University Road.
