Licence Exams

SUSU Antenna Array

• Progress
• SUWS repaying members for items they have bought for the array
  • Hnery needs money for Reel of RG213m, rotator controller cable and Triplexer
  • Does Graeme still need paying for the rotator itself?
• What do we still need?
• Contact with E&F and SUSU Estates
  • Have had a response. Need to contact E&F to arrange meeting (Murray)
• Speaking/meeting with other societies/SUSU
• Potential Shack in SUSU may cease to be bookable again and become an office.

CubeSat

• Any more information / contact with CubeSat group

Newsletter

• Wiki page | Google Doc
• A few tweaks/finalisations required
  • Add VHF NFD, make it and end of 2014 newsletter.
  • Collate VHF NFD pictures.
• We need a list of people to whom to send it.

QSL Cards

• QSL card design competition
  • Is this every going to close?
  • Have we applied for any funding for this?

  • Scan so can be uploaded to the website
  • Also put in a physical album

Chilbolton Atmospheric Radio Observatory

• Mentioned by Quentin - could probably get a free visit/tour as a uni club.
