This recipe if for a simple 20M HF station which can be operated from a portable location.
- Setup: approx 30-45 minutes
- Pack-down: approx 20-30 minutes
- Suitable locations: Campus, Common(With flight case or car), Further afield (With car)
Ingredients
- 20M end fed Zep antenna
- IC7000
- 64Ah battery
- PL259-PL259 Coax cable
- Operating table
- Operating chair (Not currently owned by club)
Setup instructions
1. String endfed zep between two trees with one end of coax connected. 2. Connect Antenna and battery to radio. 3. Operate.
