Winter 2015 Outing

We will be outing-ing at Milford-on-Sea. The mighty Doodle gods have decided the date of Sunday 15th March.
We have three people with cars (Murray, Chris O and Phil Basford) confirmed with cars, for 9 people (car people inclusive). Is this enough? Probably.
Things that we need:
- Radio (FT-920?)
- Antenna (Graeme maybe?)
- Power (batteries, morse?)
- Time
- Sleep
- Caffeine
- Food (including sausages + gas)
- Chairs
- Tables
- Coax (not books)
- Some manner of rain protection (small marquee)
- Warm clothes
Lots of stuff Morse has, someone will need to arrange to get them off him beforehand because he's in France. Can morse drop off his chairs, table and big batter{y,ies}?
