• Set-up
  • Meet at 08:30 (when the buildings open) outside building 42
  • Move stuff to location (as yet unknown)
  • Must be ready by 09:30

• During the day
  • Look for magpies
  • Must keep at least one person at desk for the duration
    • Need two people 'available' at any time

• Tear down
  • Event ends 16:00
  • Must be gone by 17:00
