Plan
- Set-up
- Meet at 08:30 (when the buildings open) outside building 42
- Move stuff to location (as yet unknown)
- Must be ready by 09:30
- During the day
- Look for magpies
- Must keep at least one person at desk for the duration
- Need two people 'available' at any time
- Tear down
- Event ends 16:00
- Must be gone by 17:00
