20M HF Station
This recipe if for a simple 20M HF station which can be operated from a portable location.
- Setup: approx 30-45 minutes
- Pack-down: approx 20-30 minutes
- Suitable locations: Campus, Common(With trolley or car), Further afield (With car)
Ingredients
- 20M end fed Zep antenna
- IC7000
- 64Ah battery
- PL259-PL259 Coax cable
- Operating table
- Operating chair (Not currently owned by club)
Setup instructions
- String endfed zep between two trees with one end of coax connected.
- Connect Antenna and battery to radio.
- Operate.
