Workshop (to be) held from 13:00-20:00 on 2017/09/23 in Mountbatten Common Room

 

A workshop to get everything setup and ready for the next academic year.

Saturday will be from about 1300 until dinner, Sunday will be all day (from about 11?)

• Cupboard and storage clean out
  • 32 level 3 (cupboard)

    • SUSU Not fully open
  • Dave's garage level 1
    • Dave things it is tidy enougth

• Prepare introductory events
  • Bunfight risk assessment
  • Get events onto the SUSU calendar
  • Intro Presentation
  • Ensure demos (PiSSTV) working
  • Email sign-up dev
  • Generally more detailed plans on which radio demos to do

• Review inventory

• Kit testing and maintenance
• Finance review/checks
  • no cash box key to do this
  • no info on current funding round

• Update cheatsheets, manuals, etc. for operating paperwork box.

• Check received QSL cards in envelope and add to WordPress and ring binder as appropriate
  • Requires better scanner than managed print
• Write QSL cards from previous outing.
