Workshop (to be) held from 13:00-20:00 on 2017/09/23 in Mountbatten Common Room

A workshop to get everything setup and ready for the next academic year.

Saturday will be from about 1300 until dinner, Sunday will be all day (from about 11?)

Task list

Primary tasks

Cupboard and storage clean out
- 32 level 3 (cupboard)
- 53 level 3 (cupboard)
- 42 level 1 (cage)
  - SUSU Not fully open
- Dave's garage level 1
  - Dave things it is tidy enougth

Prepare introductory events
- Bunfight risk assessment
- Get events onto the SUSU calendar
- Intro Presentation
- Ensure demos (PiSSTV) working
- Email sign-up dev
- Generally more detailed plans on which radio demos to do

Review inventory
- 32 level 3 (cupboard)
- 53 level 3 (cupboard)
- 42 level 1 (cage)
  - Done from memory
- Dave's garage level 1

Kit testing and maintenance
Finance review/checks
- no cash box key to do this
- no info on current funding round
- also not enougth people to discuss future finances
SOWN Zepler blog post
Update cheatsheets, manuals, etc. for operating paperwork box.
- Designed but needs review
Check received QSL cards in envelope and add to WordPress and ring binder as appropriate
- Requires better scanner than managed print
Write QSL cards from previous outing.
