Tidying up old tasks

• Import Ansible SOWN Git repository to GitHub
  • Can this now be marked as done?
• Import SOWNBot codebase into GitHub
  • Can the repo be made public? If not can this be marked as done?
• Switch over to using admin site server services in create Icinga config script
  • Can this be marked as no longer relevant and closed?

• Replace eapol_test function with PHP RADIUS library for change password on www
  • Can this be marked as no longer relevant and closed?
• Configure out of band access to servers
  • Is this now complete?
• Add monitoring for bond0 on VMS
  • Has this been done yet?
• Add monitoring for dual PSU servers
  • Has this been done yet?
• Patch backup scripts to include postgres databases
  • Is this still required or is it dealt with by https://github.com/sown/tasks/issues/49 ?
• Add monitoring on ZFS pools

• Add SOWN bespoke NRPE checks scripts to GitHub
• Rewrite /opt/sown/certs/ scripts to remove code duplication by using generic functions
  • Improve tunnelcerts Git repo to make it easier and more reliable to install. (daveruss)
• Netbox tasks
  • Use Device Roles properly in Netbox
  • Use Netbox reports
  • Make netbox and monitor2 accessible
  • Recreate Server Attributes Checks with Netbox
  • Revise roles in netbox

Tasks that may need discussion

• Consider how to use Icinga2 meta checks to replace current IPv6 Matrix checks
• Add nodes to netbox
