== Plans ==

* We will arrange an examination for a convenient date after the exam period, allowing both the Foundation and Intermediate candidates a chance to take their relevant papers.
** Sort out a date for the Intermediate Practicals.
** Get the HF contact done for Foundation candidates. (Final step before exam.)

* Enter the [http://www.rsgb.org/cluboftheyear/ RSGB Club of the Year] competition.

* Possibility of using PV room+roof on the top of Lanchester for G3KMI operation. See [https://picasaweb.google.com/111985625986161608212/HABalloonTrackingDecember2011?authuser=0&feat=directlink Photos of roof].
** Scout out possible more accessible rooms for operating, such as lecture theatres, that could then be cabled to the roof/PV Room.
** Talk to 'Person-In-Charge' about the possibility of sustained access and kit storage.
** Internet could be supplied to the Room via a SOWN node (currently 1 ethernet port in the room, no wifi coverage.)

* Portable Ops after Exam period is over, and when the weather warms up.

* Rallies. We are students. Rallies are one of the cheapest places to get kit, so rallies are the places for us to go!

== Aims + Goals ==

* Get our two Foundation Candidates Licensed, Callsign-ed and on the air!

* Get those who want to progress Foundation => Intermediate, up to the next level.

* Sort out a shack or at least an indoor operating position for G3KMI.
** Get the Club HF Vertical tuned up.
*** Get DX!

* Buy more kit.

* Have more fun!
